Charter for channel #dungeon on YiffNet, revision 1, last updated 
03/08/96.

Statement of purpose:

	The channel #dungeon is mainly a place for sexual roleplay, 
usually, but not always, along a BDSM (Bondage/Discipline - Sadism/ 
Masochism) theme.  It will be a place where furries can live out their 
fantasies, away from the main channel and with the additional hardware 
that special kind of love requires.

Guidelines of conduct:

I.   Participation

	The channel will usually be used for a scene between two people, 
though sometimes more will be involved.  If an audience is permitted, 
they are requested to remain quiet, and not comment or interfere with the 
scene's main participant(s), unless asked to do so.  If an audience is 
not desired, it is reccomended that the participants set the channel mode 
to invite only (+i).

II.  Channel Ops

	Channel operator status is reserved for the scene's participants 
only.  There is more need to moderate and control this channel than most 
others, for example #furry, because of the nature of the channel's 
intended use.

III. Disruptive Behavior

	Any person or persons disrupting or annoying the scene's 
participants may expect to find themselves dealt with in an apropriate 
manner.  If someone has difficulty remaining quiet and keeping their 
comments to themselves, they should soon find the channel moderated (+m), 
and everyone but them given voice status (+v).  Those who actively 
interfere with a scene, or act rudely to a participant after being warned 
about some aspect of their behavior that's inapropriate, should be kicked 
once as a warning, and be banned if they persist.  To stress the point, 
non-paricipants are allowed in the channel only through the generosity of 
the participants, and should be careful not to abuse that privledge.

IV.  Bots

	Bots, including linkbots, are not allowed on #dungeon.  Because 
of the need for the participants to remain in strict control of the 
channel, and the difficulty in moderating the actions of someone joined 
from another network, a linkbot is contrary to the purpose and spirit of 
the channel.

V.   Changes to this Charter

	Anyone is free to use #dungeon as long as they follow the rules 
outlined in this charter.  If one wishes to suggest a change or 
ammendment to these rules, please contact Nadya or Ebony on IRC.  
Changes can be made only by the agreement of both channel founders.
